In honor of National Lobster Day (September 25th) we’re celebrating the startlingly salty history of America’s lobster fishery. Discover the surprising reason “lobsterback” was a colonial insult for British soldiers and learn about local Long Island lobster populations. Sip a layered “Lobster Trap” cocktail or mocktail as you decorate a weathered wooden buoy you can use to add a touch of nautical flair to your home!
