Once a month classes - Sunday, Nov 15 and Dec 6
In these classes, children learn simple meditations, as well as methods to calm their minds and deal with negative feelings. Classes include a short discussion about everyday experiences relevant to children, guided meditation, and fun activities that foster habits such as kindness, cooperation, patience, and giving. For ages 6-12.
To ensure that we have enough supplies and assistants, children must pre-register for each class. The class will have a minimum requirement of 3, and caps at 10 children.
