- Chick-fil-A and ShopRite opening this month in Huntington. Chick-fil-A will be opening this Thursday and ShopRite opens on Sunday, Dec. 11. Chick-fil-A is looking to hire 110 workers and ShopRite is hiring as well. (Huntington Now)

- Huntington Union Free School District: The Blue Devils girls' wrestling team enjoyed success at their first tournament. - Tri Community & Youth Agency (Tri CYA): The Reading Program has bread real success stories. Students read books to other children and then the children volunteer to help their friends after gaining some confidence. The program meets on Fridays from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Tri CYA.
