Cold Spring Harbor To Hold 9/11 Candlelight Vigil: Info
The Memorial contains one of the last pieces of the World Trade Center steel. Here is what you need to know about attending.

COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY — The Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department is set to host its annual 9/11 Candlelight Vigil at 7 p.m. on Sunday, commemorating the 21st Anniversary of 9/11, the department announced.
The ceremony will be held at the Cold Spring Harbor Firemen’s Park on Main Street opposite the Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department Headquarters.
The Memorial contains one of the last pieces of the World Trade Center steel and is believed to
have come from Tower 1 of the World Trade Center, according to the fire department.

On hand for the vigil will be the Cold Spring Harbor Fire Department and neighboring fire
departments, the Huntington Men’s Chorus, Brass Ensemble of the Cold Spring Harbor High
School, Reverend Gideon Pollach of St. John’s Church, Pastor Jack Crabtree, and local residents.
