Cold Spring Harbor Musicians Inducted Into Tri-M Music Honor Society

The standout students were recognized at the Cold Spring Harbor High School Performing Arts Center.

COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY — The 15th annual induction ceremony for the Cold Spring Harbor Central School District Tri-M Music Honor Society was held at the Cold Spring Harbor High School Performing Arts Center on Oct 11, the school district announced.

Congratulations to this year’s 20 talented inductees: Cristabella Cardone, Tanishka Dhariwal, Brett Drakos, Jack Engel, Ethan Eoanidis, Kyrie Gagnon, Michael Gallagher, Melina Kelly, Lauren Maggiore, Elisa Massa, Desmond Mehta, Toni Nemazi, Jakub Pienkowski, Elsie Posillico, Charlie Schneider, Holden Schneider, Lukas Sheridan, Lucas Wolf, Charlie Wood and Amber Zhou.

Tri-M adviser Dr. Matthew Marullo congratulated the talented seniors recognized for their achievement.

Tri-M is a program of the National Association for Music Education, the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of music education. The three M’s stand for Modern Music Masters.

The criteria to be inducted into the honor society include a four-year commitment to scholarship, character, cooperation, leadership and service.

"Thank you to grades K-12 Music Department Chairperson Brent Chiarello, Dr. Matthew Marullo, the music teachers and parents for supporting the district’s music program and student achievements," the school district wrote.
