Turn in Unwanted Guns for Gift Cards in Huntington

Turn in your weapons for gift cards. No questions asked.

Anyone with unwanted guns can turn in their weapons for gift cards at a community gun buy-back event in Huntington on Saturday, July 18.

No questions will be asked.

The NYS Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman’s Community Gun Buy-Back will be hosted by the Huntington Manor Fire Department, located at 1650 New York Avenue.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Here are the weapons and the prices:

  • Non-Working or Antique Firearms— $25
  • Rifles and Shotguns— $75
  • Handguns— $100
  • Assault Weapons— $150

There is no limit on how many guns you can turn in.

Participants should transport firearms UNLOADED in the trunk, and placed in a plastic/paper bag, or a box.

Licensed gun dealers and active or retired law enforcement officers are not eligible for this program.
