Cops: Drunk Man Offers Teen Sisters Ride to School in Huntington
The man approached the teens at a bus stop, police say.

Suffolk County police arrested a Huntington man Thursday at about 7 a.m. for driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child after he asked two teenagers if they wanted a ride to school, police said.
Police say Jake Giffuni was driving a 2002 Honda Accord on East Pulaski Road in Huntington when he approached two sisters, ages 13 and 15, who were waiting at a bus stop and asked them if they wanted a ride to school. The girls refused and the man drove away, police said.
One of the girls’ parents called 911 and Second Precinct Police Officer Aaron Klein located Giffuni in his car in front of his home and determined he was intoxicated, police said.
