Cops: Man Store Michael Kors Handbags from Melville Store

Suffolk County Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a man they say stole designer handbags from a Melville store in October.

Police say that on Friday, Oct. 10, a man entered the Marshalls at 834 Walt Whitman Road and stole three Michael Kors handbags worth a total of $900. The man fled in a red Mazda sedan.

The suspect was described as wearing a black baseball cap and dark colored polo shirt, police say.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
