"Egg"cellent Hunt for Charity at Walt Whitman Shops

An opportunity for local children to have fun and give back to charity during the Simon Youth Foundation Easter Egg Hunt

For the 16th consecutive year, Walt Whitman Shops is offering an opportunity for local children to have fun and give back to charity during its annual Simon Youth Foundation Easter Egg Hunt. Taking place on Saturday, March 28, the event is open to children ages nine and under, and limited to the first 100 participants that purchase a ticket at Simon Guest Services. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by a prompt start at 9:00 a.m.

Children are invited to search for some 1,000 eggs that will be spread throughout the common area of the mall. Each will be filled with small goodies and distributed proportionately throughout three age groups.

Tickets are available now for $8 per child, with all proceeds benefiting Simon Youth Foundation, Simon’s own non-profit organization that fosters and improves educational opportunities, career development and life skills for at-risk youth.

All ticket holders should arrive at Simon Guest Services at 8:30 a.m., through the Saks Fifth Avenue entrance on the Route 110 side of the mall. Tickets must be presented to gain access to the mall that morning.
