ELWOOD, NY — Elwood-John H. Glenn High School has achieved Gold-level recognition on this year’s AP School Honor Roll, a distinction awarded to schools whose Advanced Placement programs demonstrate both broad access and strong student performance.

The AP School Honor Roll, which replaced the former AP District Honor Roll, celebrates schools that successfully expand opportunities for students to engage in rigorous coursework while preparing them for college success. Schools are recognized at four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — based on specific, research-backed measures that link AP participation to postsecondary readiness.

To earn a Gold distinction, John Glenn met key benchmarks related to student access, achievement, and long-term academic engagement.
