There will be a Birding Basics for Beginners hands-on program at Caumsett State Historic Park to introduce adults to birds and their adaptations. It will provide information on where to go and what to get to learn more. Binoculars are recommended. Approximately 1 mile; much sitting.
It is part of the park's Adult Adventures series for those age 18 and older. Reservations are required. If you are unable to keep your reservation, call and cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend.
The cost is $4 per adult. In addition, vehicle use fees are due upon arrival during the fee collections season.
