There will be a Birds with Botany for Beginners program in the western section of Caumsett State HIstoric Park from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18.
During this program, geared for novice adult birders, we'll be searching for birds ... no birds? We'll learn about plants! Bring binoculars.
It is part of the park's Adult Adventures series for those age 18 and older. Reservations are required. If you are unable to keep your reservation, call and cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend.
The cost is $4 per adult. In addition, vehicle use fees are due upon arrival during the fee collections season.
