4:00 PM - Tee-off
Followed by: Pizza, Soda ,Trophies and Raffle Prize Drawings

Nine-Holes Executive Golf: 35.00 (includes Pizza)
Miniature Golf: $20.00 (includes Pizza and soda)
Pizza and soda only $5.00
Place: Heartland Golf Park, 1200 Long Island Avenue, Edgwood, NY -- Just Northeast of the Deer Park Train Station

Submit Your Own Logo Item - $250.00
If you would like to submit your own logo item for the goodie bag just submit item along with donation and we will make sure everyone received them. (150 items)
