'Fair Market Value' Movie Filming on Long Island Seeks Extras

The independent film “Fair Market Value” has been filming in areas of Huntington over the past two weeks.

The film stars Luisana Lopilato, an Argentine actress and wife of singer Michael Buble, who is making her United States film debut.

In the film, a Miami real estate agent moves to the suburbs of New York and starts to butt heads with a competing real estate agent. The two rivals are then forced to work together to sell one of the most expensive mansions on Long Island.

The movie also filmed scenes in the nearby towns of Syosset, Northport and Dix Hills.

The “Fair Market Value” crew will be back in Huntington this weekend and the casting manager is looking for locals to be extras in the film.

Extras should not wear clothing that is red, black or has any logos or labels. They should also bring a second clothing option to choose from.
