Fallen NYPD Officers Honored At Car Show In South Huntington
NYPD Officers Wilbert Mora and Jason Rivera were killed while responding to a domestic disturbance call earlier this year.
SOUTH HUNTINGTON, NY — A car show was held in the memory of fallen NYPD Officers Wilbert Mora and Jason Rivera on Sunday at St. Anthony's High School in South Huntington, according to public information officer Steve Silverman.
The families of both officers were presented with memorial plaques and proclamations at a ceremony honoring their service and sacrifice.

The two officers were killed while responding to a domestic disturbance call in January in Harlem, the NYPD said.
The annual car show was hosted by the Police Surgeons Benevolent Association and Centurion Cruisers Car Club. All proceeds from the show were donated to the families of Officers Mora and Rivera.

Several hundred cars were on display including some vintage police vehicles.
