Fellow LI Chefs Cooking To Aid Huntington Man With Cancer

HUNTINGTON, NY — Ryan Augusta, 35, of Huntington, is battling cancer. Eighteen fellow Long Island chefs are rallying to support Augusta with a fundraiser doing what they do best: cooking, according to Newsday.

The Super Ryan Fundraiser is scheduled for July 31 from 7-11 p.m. at East Wind Long Island, a hotel and venue space in Wading River, and will include a buffet, live DJ, raffles and a Chinese auction, per Newsday.

Tickets go for $75 per person and can be purchased here. If you can't go but still want to help, you can donate here. All proceeds for the event benefit Augusta and his family.
