Fitness in the Age of Corona
How staying fit during the pandemic no longer needs to be an exercise in futility with On The Marc Training.

It is safe to say that the coronavirus pandemic has changed everyone’s life. Many lives were lost, and virtually all were altered in some way- whether physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and even financially. As we adjust to our new normal, many of us are trying to figure out how to implement all of these necessary precautions into our daily routines. As restaurants, hair salons, and clothing stores have started opening up, gyms and training centers have remained shuttered. Avid fitness junkies and novices alike have attempted to get creative with keeping up with their work-out routines.
Many like and appreciate the structure a gym can give- instructors, group classes, and even more intimate personal training sessions. Even when gyms do open up, many people will be wary or fearsome to return. In the midst of a global pandemic- a local company offers the perfect solution for those who crave a good work-out, but are hesitant to return to the gym. On The Marc Training offers an affordable, convenient and comfortable environment for all people to exercise, offering programs for athletic performance, adult weight loss and weight gain, senior fitness and rehabilitation programs, as well as group training for athletic institutions and collegiate athletes.
The instructors are equipped with top of the line fitness equipment so they can provide you with the best training experience. OTMT is open 7 days a week with multiple time slots throughout the day so that you may pick a time that fits with your scheduling needs. On The Marc Training prides itself in family flexible scheduling. Since the pandemic hit, they have been working tirelessly to create protocols to enable a safe and comfortable work out for all involved. All trucks are equipped with hand sanitizer, gloves, and booties. Instructors will maintain a distance of six feet from clients at all times. All equipment will be wiped down before and after use. If an instructor is to enter a client’s home, booties will be worn or their shoes will be taken off, depending on the client’s preference. If the client would prefer a backyard work-out, instructors are happy to do that as well, especially with this beautiful summer weather.
