- Concert held after three years in the making to honor life and legacy of choir director. Half Hollow Hills East High School Auditorium was filled with former students who came from all over the country to take part in the concert that honored James F. Haefele, the man they called "Mr. Haef." Haefele passed away from COVID-19 during the beginning of the pandemic. "It's overwhelming and was really touching to see these alumni come together... and just hug each other," said James Haefele's wife, Laurie Haefele.(News 12 Bronx)
- Warmer temperatures return for the work week. The unseasonable temperatures continue through Friday as we will be seeing sunny skies and 50 degrees and up all week. Friday is the only day of the week looking like rain, with a 75% chance. Enjoy the warm days while you can! (Weather.com)
