GREENLAWN, NY — The Greenlawn Fire Department held its annual parade last Thursday, Aug. 29, which kicked off the Labor Day Weekend Fireman's Fair, a very popular Greenlawn tradition that has been going on for over a hundred years, per P.I.O. Steve Silverman.

Area fire departments, ambulance squads and marching bands participated in the gala parade on Broadway to the firehouse fair.

Greenlawn firefighter Don Natiello, a 39-year member of the department, was this year's Parade Grand Marshal.
