Huntington Awareness Day Set for Sept. 22

Parade, festival for 'unity in the community' day.

The annual Huntington Awareness Day parade is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 22.

The “Unity in the Community” parade will form at West Hills Road and New York Avenue in Huntington Station, head north on New York Avenue to Church Street and end at the fairgrounds.

It concludes with a festival featuring an art show, music, food and games.

The event is sponsored by the town in conjunction with the Huntington Awareness
Community Partnership.
