Huntington Boys Track Sets 3 US No. 1 Times This Week

The team is having a spectacular winter track season.

A congratulations are in order for the Huntington Boys Track and Field team for setting three US No. 1 times this week.

Infinite Tuckers set the US No. 1 in the 600m race with a time of 1:20.54 at the Molloy Stanner Games on Saturday. Watch his post race interview here.

At the same meet, Kyree Johnson ran the US No. 1 time of 34.03 in the 300m race. The meet was held at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York City.

The school’s 4x400m relay team also ran the US No. 1 time of 3:20 .71 at the Millrose Games Trials on Wednesday at the Armory. The team consisted of Exzayvian Crowell, Lawrence Leake, Tucker and Johnson.

They will compete in the 109th Millrose Games on Saturday, Feb. 20.

Johnson will also compete in the 55m dash at the Millrose Games. His preliminary time at the Trials, 6.43 seconds, broke the school record, is the fastest time in New York State this season and ranks him 11th in the nation.
