Huntington Cop Blotter: Woman Makes Fraudulent Bank Withdrawals
The woman, of the Bronx, also had a forged New Jersey driver's license, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from April 13 through April 18.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Lisa Sapirstein, 43, of the Bronx, made two fraudulent withdrawals from HSBC Bank on Broadhollow Road, Melville, on April 16, police said. She also had a forged New Jersey driver's license, police said. She was arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of forged instrument on April 17.
- Quinton Booker, 28, of Central Islip, stole headphones from a 2015 Acura on Keeler Street, Greenlawn, on Feb. 11, police said. Booker also made purchases with a stolen bank card on Broadway in Amityville on Feb. 11, police said. He was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: credit card and petty larceny on April 15.
