Huntington Police Blotter: Drunken Man Doesn't Pull Over

The man instead kept driving all the way to his house, where he was arrested and charged, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from April 29 through May 2.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Michael Vilorio, 30, of Huntington Station, was driving a 2016 white Kia at 3:35 p.m. May 1 when he swerved out of his lane, police said. When police tried to pull him over, Vilorio changed lanes without signaling and drove all the way to his house, police said. He was arrested and charged with DWI: previous conviction in 10 years on May 1.
  • John Theobald, 20, of Huntington, was driving a black 2010 Audi on Southdown Road and Oak Hill Road, Lloyd Harbor, at 5:40 a.m. April 29, when he got into a crash, police said. He was arrested and charged with first-degree operate motor vehicle impaired by drugs, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance on April 29.
