Huntington Police Blotter: Man Accused Of Selling Drugs

The man possessed more drugs in Huntington last week, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Curious about what's going on in your neighborhood? These are recent incidents reported in the Huntington area from Jan. 30 through Feb. 4.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Nahtica Shepherd, 23, of West Babylon, was accused of damaging a 2013 Infiniti by punching the lights and body of the car and running her shoe heel along the driver's side of the vehicle at 4 a.m. Jan. 23 on West 19th Street, Huntington Station, police said. She was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal mischief on Feb. 2.
  • Zhaire Scott, 23, of Medford, was accused of selling narcotic drugs three separate times between Sept. 11, 2019, and Sept. 18, 2019, in Yaphank, Bellport and Medford, police said. Scott was found to be in possession of drugs on New York Avenue in Huntington on Feb. 1, police said. He was arrested and charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: narcotic drug and one count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Feb. 1.
