Huntington Police Blotter: Man Hits Someone In Head W/ Glass Cup
The person he hit suffered cuts, police say. ALSO: Another man drove the wrong way on a one-way road while under the influence, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — Check out some of the recent arrests made in the Huntington area, from March 8 through March 14.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Timothy Keehner, 50, of West Babylon, was driving a 2006 Lexus north on New Street in Huntington at 10:30 p.m. March 13 when he drove the wrong way on a clearly-posted one-way street, police said. Keehner was under the influence of a mix of drugs and alcohol, police said. He was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs/alcohol: one prior in 10 years on March 13.
- Bettis Richardson, 57, of Wheatley Heights, was at Jewel Restaurant in Melville when he hit someone in the head with a glass cup, causing cuts that required medical attention, police said. He was arrested and charged with assault w/ intent to cause physical injury w/ weapon on March 10.
