Huntington Police Blotter: Man Punctures Toyota Tires
The man then tried to grab a fixed object at a nearby motel to avoid being handcuffed, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from Aug. 28 through Sept. 5.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Harold Kasprzyk, 38, of Ronkonkoma, punctured two tires on a 2012 Toyota on West Jericho Turnpike in Huntington Station at 3:04 a.m. Sept. 4, police said. Kasprzyk then resisted arrest by attempting to pull away to his motel room and grabbing onto a fixed object so he wouldn't get handcuffed, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief: property of $250 or more and resisting arrest on Sept. 4.
- James Graham, 81, of Huntington Station, was driving a 2018 Chevrolet pickup truck westbound on E. 10th St., Huntington Station, at 8:05 p.m. Sept. 4, when he crashed into a parked vehicle while driving while drunk, police said. He was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI on Sept. 4.
