Huntington Police Blotter: Man Steals Car From Driveway
ALSO: Another man was found to have a loaded gun, police say.
HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from Feb. 14 through Feb. 20.
The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Jeremiah Lewis, 26, of Copiague, was found to be in possession of a loaded 9 mm Smith & Wesson at Lenox and Pulaski roads in Huntington Station at 10:30 p.m. Feb. 20, police said. He was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of weapon: loaded firearm and seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance on Feb. 20.
- Thomas McKay, 67, of Huntington Station, stole a 2016 Toyota Highlander from a driveway on Broadway in Greenlawn at 7:30 a.m. Dec. 11, 2020, police said. He was arrested and charged with third-degree grand larceny on Feb. 15.
