Huntington Station Deacon Among Lutheran Clergy Members who Enjoy a Night of NFL Football
Members of The Metropolitan New York Synod attended the Giants-Steelers preseason game at MetLife Stadium
Deacon Gayle Ruege of Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Huntington Station (left), Pastor Jerome Taylor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Roosevelt (center) and Pastor Harry Schenkel of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in East Northport (right) were among members of The Metropolitan New York Synod who attended the Giants-Steelers preseason game at MetLife Stadium. Clergy Appreciation Night was made possible by Stop & Shop Supermarkets which donated two luxury boxes to the Synod. The Giants defeated the Steelers 20-16.
