Huntington Station Resident Joins D&B Engineers and Architects

December 6, 2019; Huntington Station, NY – D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C., a leading engineering and consulting organization in environmental engineering, science and architecture headquartered in Woodbury, NY founded in 1965, has increased its employee roster by hiring 12 new employees who come from across Long Island and upstate New York.

D&B President Steven A. Fangmann commented, “D&B is continually looking for the best and the brightest of talents. Our new employees bring their expertise and experience in the public and private sectors to D&B’s clientele where they can help expedite projects of all sizes – both on budget and on time.”

Here are the 12 new hires who have joined D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.’s team:

Matthew Ferraro of Huntington Station, NY is a civil engineer with D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C who works out of its Woodbury, NY headquarters. A graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology, Mr. Ferraro was formerly a project manager for Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in Cold Spring Harbor, NY.

Christian Martinez of Lindenhurst, NY is a new office assistant D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C. Woodbury, NY headquarters. He was previously a customer service associate for Speedway in Lindenhurst, NY.

Benjamin Giese of East Atlantic Beach, NY joins D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.'s Woodbury, NY headquarters as a water supply engineer. He holds both a 2019 Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science from Manhattan College. Just before coming to D&B, Mr. Giese was a graduate laboratory research assistant at Manhattan College in New York, NY.

Christopher Linkletter of Mount Sinai, NY workes out of D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.'s Woodbury, NY headquarters as a geologist. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from SUNY Oneonta and worked previously as a hydrogeologist for FPM Group in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Kim Rondinella of Williston Park, NY has been hired as an environmental scientist at D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.'s Woodbury, NY headquarters. Prior to joining D&B, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, NY.

Xavier Sardoni of Holbrook, NY is a water supply engineer atD&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.'s Woodbury, NY headquarters. He has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resources Engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, NY and was previously an air quality monitoring technician for J.C. Broderick & Associates in Hauppauge, NY.

Joao Pereira of Coram, NY joins D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C. as a graphic designer where he works out of its Woodbury, NY headquarters. Before D&B, Mr. Pereira studied at Farmingdale State College where he earned a Bachelor of Technology in Visual Communications.

Matthew Hoskins, P.G. of Syracuse, NY is a senior geologist and the manager of D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.’s East Syracuse, NY office. He oversees and manages the firm's environmental investigation, remediation and compliance projects throughout central New York State. Mr. Hoskins is a licensed professional geologist in New York and Pennsylvania with more than 15 years of experience along with a wide array of environmental and geoscience assignments across the United States. His expertise includes leading complex site remediation projects, health and safety management and training, and environmental compliance. Prior to working at D&B, Mr. Hoskins was director at Synapse Risk Management in Syracuse, NY.

Andrew Grundy, P.E., LEED AP of Greenwich, CT joins D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C. as a principal engineer out of its White Plains, NY office. A licensed professional engineer in New York and Connecticut, Mr. Grundy holds a B.S. in engineering from Hofstra University and was previously a senior associate of PS&S in Yonkers, NY.

Gunther Schnorr, EIT of Manlius, NY is a new environmental engineer with D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C. out of its East Syracuse, NY office. Previously a staff engineer for Arcadis in Syracuse, NY, Mr. Schnorr holds a B.S. in environmental resources and forest engineering from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry.

Tracey Garland of Syracuse, NY comes to D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C.'s East Syracuse, NY office as a geologist. He has a B.S in geology from SUNY Oswego and previously oversaw health and safety, administration and quality control as an administrator for Ontario Specialty Contracting in Buffalo, NY.

NY is a new engineering technician at D&B Engineers and Architects, P.C. out of its White Plains, NY office. Mr. Nadler is a graduate of SUNY Westchester Community College with an A.S. in Engineering Science and he worked previously as a CAD drafter for Pawling Corporation in Valhalla, NY.
