HUNTINGTON, NY — The Town of Huntington waived parking meter fees in Huntington Village until further notice amid the new coronavirus outbreak, Supervisor Chad A. Lupinacci told residents in a robocall Wednesday. He provided other COVID-19-related updates as well.

The waiving of parking meter fees is an effort towards assisting the Town's restaurant and business community. Handicap, fire zone and other safety-related parking violations will still be enforced, though.
