Here is what Huntington voters need to know before they head to the polls on Nov. 2.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Voters in Huntington will head to the polls Tuesday, Nov. 2, for the 2021 general election. Races such as Suffolk Legislature, town supervisor, town council and more are on the ballot.
People can check their voting status and polling place on the New York state website.
Early voting is scheduled to run through Oct. 31. Early voting locations and times can be found here.

There are 12 early voting locations in Suffolk County. Here's what's closest to Huntington:
- Huntington Public Library (Station Branch): 1335 New York Ave., Huntington Station
- Dix Hills Fire Department: 115 E Deer Park Road, Dix Hills
Polls on Election Day are slated to be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
