HUNTINGTON, NY — A downsized version of a condominium project on the grounds of Oheka Castle in Huntington was proposed by developers, Newsday reported. A public hearing scheduled for Sept. 15 could clear the path for a revised proposal of 90 condos, as the elimination of certain restrictions on the property would be discussed. The revision is down from the 190-unit senior community previously proposed before the deal fell through.
