League for Animal Protection of Huntington Hosts Holiday 'Giving Tree' Fundraiser

Honor or remember a pet or animal lover with an inscribed ornament; proceeds to help the rescue and rehabilitation of animals.

Join the League for Animal Protection of Huntington in the second annual holiday ”Giving Tree” ceremony at 4 p.m. on Dec. 7 at the Grateful Paw Cat Shelter at 104 Deposit Road in East Northport.

For a $10 donation, supporters can honor or remember a pet or animal lover with an inscribed ornament for the tree. The “Giving Tree” will be fully decorated and lit on:

All are welcome – sans pets. Refreshments will be served and all proceeds will go directly to the rescue and rehabilitation of the animals in the care of LAP. Supporters who are unable to attend can still dedicate an ornament by visiting www.laphuntington, downloading a form, and mailing a $10 check made out to League for Animal Protection of Huntington, PO Box 390, Huntington, NY 11743.
