Levi's To Hold Grand Opening At Walt Whitman Shops

HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Levi's is set to host a grand opening weekend at Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station from Friday to Sunday, according to a news release.

The new Levi's is next to Intimissimi and Zara; and across from lululemon.

There will be free cookies from Bliss Pastries, and the first 150 customers will receive a complimentary Levi’s Huntington Station tee. Each purchase will come with a complimentary tote bag, and those who spend over $150 or more will be gifted a recycled sail cloth pouch.

Levi's, which specializes in denim jeans, stated there is real value in a physical store in an era where so much time is spent online.

"But the role a store plays is different than what it used to be," the company wrote in a statement. "It can’t just be an extension of what is available online. It has to be a place that enhances and expands the customer’s experience – which is why Levi's is excited to announce the opening of the new Walt Whitman Shops full-service Levi's Store."

The store features a modern design, the latest outfits, and more. The company hopes the store will allow customers to find their desired jeans and "forge a deeper connection with the brand."
