  1. Take a look at local options for Long Island Restaurant Week. The winter version runs through Feb. 5 and features three-course prix-fixe menu.   2. LI Cares teams up with Old Navy to help Long Island. The Hauppauge based food bank has worked with Old Navy in Huntington since September to help those dealing with food insecurity throughout Long Island. "As we were thinking about how to reach the highest volume of people on Long Island, Long Island Cares stands out," general manager of Old Navy Taylor Owen told Patch. "You see the trucks driving all over the island, their facilities are big, and the name stands out.
