Man Robs Suffolk Bank: Police

The man handed a teller a note demanding cash, and the teller complied, police say.

GREENLAWN, NY — A man robbed a bank in Greenlawn on Sunday afternoon, Suffolk police said.

A man entered TD Bank, at 460 Pulaski Road, at approximately 1:10 p.m., and handed a teller a note demanding cash, police said. The teller complied and gave the man cash from the drawer, police said. The robber ran off, police said.

Police described the robber as a male with an average build. He was wearing dark clothing and a dark face covering.
