Man Swipes Clothing From Macy’s In Huntington Station: Police

A man stole clothing from the Walt Whitman Road store on Feb. 16, police say.

HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Authorities are searching for a man accused of stealing merchandise from a Huntington Station store last month, according to Suffolk County police.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Second Precinct Crime Section officers said the theft occurred at Macy’s, located at 180 Walt Whitman Road.

Police said a man stole assorted clothing from the store on Feb. 16 around 7 p.m.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the P3 Tips mobile app or online at P3Tips.com, police said.
