Police ID Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Huntington Crash

Michael Stracuzza, 28, of Centereach, was identified as the motorcyclist involved in theHuntington crash Friday morning, police say.

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after being involved in a collision Friday morning in Huntington, police say.

According to authorities, a motorcyclist was traveling southbound on Park Avenue and passed traffic on the right-hand shoulder when he was struck by a vehicle turning left onto a driveway in front of Kleet Lumber, located at 777 Park Ave., at 7:55 a.m.

The motorcyclist was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
