Each 50-minute class is performed on a custom-built reformer machine that uses slow, controlled resistance-based movements intended to push muscles to fatigue before recovery, allowing participants to build strength over time while minimizing impact on joints.
Attendees at the opening event can also sample products from several brand partners, including Alo Yoga, Celsius, Lululemon, OWYN, Silver Mirror, and Tower 28 Beauty.
