New Operators Approved for Town of Huntington Golf Courses, Concessions
The owner of a popular Huntington steakhouse was selected to run Crab Meadow food concessions, the Town says.
The Huntington Town Board approved a new operator for two Town golf courses as well as a concessions operator at their Tuesday board meeting.
Dietz Golf Corp. of Calverton was selected to manage the golf operations at Crab Meadow Park and Dix Hills Park and Gelucci Brands LLC of Huntington was chosen to manage the food concessions at Crab Meadow.
Gelucci Brands LLC is the owner of a popular Huntington steakhouse, according to the Town.

The Town will earn a total revenue of $490,000 under the five-year license agreements. Dietz will pay the Town $270,000 and Gelucci will pay $220,000, the Town says.
These operators were selected following a review of proposals submitted in December.

The new operators replace Integrity Golf, whose license was rescinded by the Town last year.
