Northwell Health And GoHealth Urgent Care Opens
The urgent care facility replaces Cure Urgent Care in Huntington.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Northwell Health and GoHealth Urgent Care opened an urgent care facility in Huntington, located at 241 E. Main St., according to a press release from GoHealth.
Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care, the 52nd jointly-owned urgent care facility operated by the two groups in New York, replaced Cure Urgent Care, which shut down.
The Huntington center is designed to focus on Huntington community members, ensuring affordable, interactive visits that allow patients to participate in their care.

"Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care values its patients' time through easy to use online tools, such as real-time wait clocks, online check-in and the ability to complete registration on your smart device before you arrive at the center," according to the press release.
The new center will continue to offer convenient services such as onsite laboratory and X-rays, electronic medical record integration with Northwell Health, same day/walk-in visits and short wait times.

a more personalized and innovative urgent care experience," said Adam Boll, an executive director at Northwell Health. "We are excited for community members to see what Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care has to offer including integrated electronic medical records and unmatched online check-in and pre-registration tools."
