Christian Fiordelisi to Play Lacrosse for U.S. Naval Academy
The Huntington High School student-athlete will play in the NCAA Division I Midshipmen on a full scholarship, school officials say.

Christian Fiordelisi, a Huntington High School athlete-scholar, has signed an official letter of acceptance with the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, according to the Huntington School District.
Fiordelisi, who had made an early commitment to the Navy coaches before entering his junior year, will play lacrosse for the NCAA Division I Midshipmen on a full scholarship, according to the school district website.
Fiordelisi said he was following in the footsteps of his brother, Brandon Fiordelisi, class of 2012, who is studying engineering at SUNY Maritime College at Fort Schuyler. The Huntington High alum, and three-searson Blue Devil football starter, is to be commissioned a U.S. Navy officer in July 2016.
