"Over the last eight years, i've had my eye on the building," said Tunney.  "There is something for everyone here, and we have a very family friendly atmosphere."  The inn is now Wi-Fi and iPad available, has a working fireplace, and has classic arcade games that are available to play.  "We wanted to update the Inn, but not take away from the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that it has become famous for."

Nothing on the menu is over $20, and it has classic favorites such as burgers, steaks and delicious salads.  The New York Times rated the inn as "Don't Miss," which is the highest rating a restaurant can receive.

While Tunney is happy with his current location, he is thankful for his experience with Honu and Besito.  "I was with Honu for 10 years, and it was an incredible experience.  It was good for us and good for the Huntington community," said Tunney.  "I remember when it was the first big new restaurant of the time, with it's city style.  People were referring to Huntington as 'the little apple."

Honu was sold back in March.
