
The Suffolk Piano Teachers Foundation (SPTF) will honor Zoe Marks, fifth grader at Boyle Road Elementary School in Port Jefferson Station as Second Place Winner of the late intermediate division at the Honors Recital and Awards Ceremony to be held at Stony Brook University's Staller Center Recital Hall on Thursday, June 2, at 5pm and 7:30pm.
As a second place winner, Zoe will receive her medal and certificate. She performed Tarantella Op.77, No.6 by M. Moszkowski at the March competition. Zoe is a student of SPTF President, Esther Chung Marks.
SPTF wishes to honor Barry Tognolini and thank Steinway Gallery of Long Island for their generous cash award donations for all first place winners of the five-level competition. SPTF is a non-profit organization. Honors recitals are free and open to the public.
