Precision Spinning Tops - Not Just For Kids

A few years ago I stumbled upon the world of precision spinning tops. Precision what? Turns out there are craftsmen making tops of breathtaking beauty and elegance, that spin beyond belief. Few things have so surpassed my expectations. So I decided to write a short article - an "ode" really - describing my experience entering this world. I also shot a video of my first spinning top, with accompanying meditative music. It's mesmerizing ... at least to those so inclined.
