Redefine Meals Coming To Huntington

HUNTINGTON, NY — Redefine Meals is expected to open in Huntington Village this summer, the company announced. The store, at 11 Wall Street, will mark the 11th on Long Island.

The store will be in the heart of Huntington Village in the former Huntington Arts Center Space, next to Osaka and Christopher’s.

"Huntington Village is one of the greatest downtown areas on Long Island," Matthew Riss,
founder of Redefine Meals, said in a news release. "It’s filled with the best restaurants, retail, and entertainment, and now it will also have the best meal prep."

Redefine Meals will open seven days a week and carry healthy grab-and-go meals and snacks to keep nutrition easily accessible for community members.

The store will also be a free pick-up location for customers who pre-order their meals online.

"Having well-balanced meals at our fingertips is what helps people stay on track with their
health goals," Riss said. "That is why meal prep has become so popular. It not only cuts down
the time it takes to shop and prepare food, but it also saves money. Our meals range from $8 -
$11. You really can’t get more affordable than that."

Redefine Meals makes its food fresh, never frozen, and only uses EVOO and avocado oil in its cooking, said Mark Ciaburri, Co-founder.

"The quality of our meals is top notch, and we take pride in that," Ciaburri said. "Our customers have 60-plus menu options to choose from including healthy spins on classic dishes like the Baked Vodka Chicken Parmigiana, Hibachi Salmon Bowl, Teriyaki Skirt Steak with Grilled Pineapple, and Shrimp Tacos with Mango Pico. So customers can enjoy their favorite meals and the nutrition information to match."

Riss and Ciaburri, childhood best friends, founded Redefine Meals in 2016.

The company has since grown to 11 retail store locations and an e-commerce platform that delivers across Long Island and to New York City.

Redefine Meals' grab-and-go store locations are in Babylon, Bellmore, Commack, Farmingville,
Holbrook, Lake Grove, Patchogue, Port Jefferson, Shirley, and Syosset.
