The South Huntington Board of Education voted Wednesday to approve the appointment on Michael Trelfa as supervisor of transportation services.
Trelfa will fill the position vacated by Lucretia Tapler, who retired from the district after many years of service.
Trelfa previously worked for Baumann and Sons Buses.
