Scholarships in Arts Offered by the Huntington Arts Council
Graduating High School Seniors in studying visual art or dance can apply for these scholarships
The Huntington Arts Council is proud to announce two scholarships in arts - the Joan Alberti Memorial Fine Art Scholarship 2016 and the Sandi Bloomberg Scholarship for Dance 2016.

Joan Alberti Memorial Fine Art Scholarship 2016
The Joan Alberti Memorial Fine Art Scholarship, established by Victoria (Alberti) Carlin, is a competitive scholarship opportunity for Suffolk County High School Graduating Seniors who are considering furthering their education in Fine Arts. TWO scholarships of $600 each will be awarded in 2016 to TWO Suffolk County High School Graduating Seniors who show exceptional promise in fine art. Based on the evaluation of submitted CD’s, portfolios and essays, the Scholarship Committee will select TWO award winners. Download application here.
Sandi Bloomberg Scholarship for Dance 2016
The Sandi Bloomberg Scholarship for Dance is a competitive scholarship for Suffolk & Nassau High School graduating seniors who are considering furthering their education in dance. Please note that graduating high school seniors does not need to be enrolling in a degree/matriculated program for dance at college level to be eligible.
One award of $1,000 will be given in 2016 to a male or female student. Download application here.
