SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

First Precinct

  • July 4: Kelvin Robinson, 55, of Central Islip, was arrested in Wyandanch and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property: credit card.
  • July 1: Oscar Alvarez, 30, of Queens, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny: value of a property greater than $1,000 and with three counts of petit larceny.
  • July 1: Rene Diaz, 47, of Queens, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny: value of a property greater than $1,000 and with petit larceny.
  • July 1: Thomas L. Gundy III, 60, of Bay Shore, was arrested in West Babylon and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine.
  • July 1: John Pizzuto, 78, of West Babylon, was arrested in Babylon and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment.

Second Precinct

  • July 6: Darcy Beard, 60, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with abandonment of animals.
  • July 5: Barry Marshall, 27, of Bayside, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with third degree criminal possession of a weapon: previous conviction.
  • July 3: Oscar Velasco Guzman, 36, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • June 30: Derek Peterson, 33, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: intent to sell.
  • June 30: Adrian Acevedo, 46, of Huntington Station, was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.

  • July 5: Johnny Bonilla, 28, of Brentwood, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 5: Ivan Torres, 42, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of a property greater than $1,000.
  • July 5: Quamell Eppsjones, 19, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in East Meadow and charged with first-degree robbery: use of a dangerous instrument.
  • July 5: Juan Colon, 63, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip, and charged with first-degree criminal contempt: physical contact.
  • July 4: Guillermo Martinez, 40, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with DWI: first-offense.
  • July 4: Christopher Ortiz, 35, of Ridge, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of a property greater than $1,000 and with petit larceny.
  • July 3: Jose Manuel Albelo, 58, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
  • July 3: Wilson Mercado, 39, Central Islip, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with first-degree sexual abuse: contact with an individual younger than 11 years of age.
  • July 3: Miguel Molina Bonilla, 38, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with DWI: first-offense.
  • July 2: Brayan Abarca, 32, of Central Islip, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with first-degree criminal contempt: physical contact.
  • July 2: Stan Emerson, 54, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent.
  • July 1: Jose Rodriguez, 68, of Sag Harbor, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with DWI: first-offense.
  • June 30: Eric Hyndman, 56, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent.
  • June 30: Sharon Ortega, 21, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of a property greater than $1,000.
  • June 30: Wendy Ortega, 20, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: value of a property greater than $1,000.
  • June 30: Jonathan Salcedo, 32, of Wyandanc, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with six counts of petit larceny.
  • June 30: Alan Naut, 31, of Brentwood, was arrested in Brentwood and charged with first-degree criminal contempt: physical contact.
  • June 30: Juan Colon, 63, of Central Islip, was arrested in Central Islip and charged with first-degree criminal contempt: physical contact.

Fourth Precinct

  • July 4: Allan Fuentes Garcia, 22, of Centereach, was arrested in Ronkonkoma and charged with second-degree robbery: aided by another.
  • July 4: Franklin Paez Fernandez, 38, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested in Ronkonkoma and charged with second-degree robbery: aided by another.
  • July 1: Ervin Guzman Velasquez, 23, of Islandia, was arrested in Islandia and charged with second-degree burglary: dwelling.
  • June 30: 17-year-old male, of Central Islip, was arrested in Islandia and charged with five counts of third-degree grand larceny, one count of third-degree criminal mischief: motor vehicle damage, one count of second-degree criminal mischief, and one count of third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent.
  • June 30: Jonathan Luciano, 33, of Central Islip, was arrested in Islandia and charged with five counts of third-degree grand larceny, one count of third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent, one count of fourth-degree grand larceny: value of a property greater than $1,000, and one count of criminal mischief: intent to damage property.

Fifth Precinct

  • July 6: William Anderson, 55, of East Patchouge, was arrested in Patchouge and charged with three counts of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing: intent defraud and with two counts of fourth degree grand larceny: auto vehicle with a value greater than $100.
  • July 5: Scott Carbocci, 47, of Holtsville, was arrested in Patchouge and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny: credit card.
  • July 4: Sandro Buestan Saquicaray, 22, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Patchouge and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 4: Stephen Iadanza, 59, of Coram, was arrested in Patchouge and charged with first-degree criminal content: prior.
  • July 3: Edwin Bueno, 22, of Bellport, was arrested in Patchouge and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 2: Efren Serafin Perez, 22, of Selden, was arrested in Medford and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 1: 16-year-old male, of Medford, was arrested in Medford and charged with second-degree robbery: aided by another.
  • July 1: Richard McCool, 61, of Stony Brook, was arrested in East Patchouge and charged with DWI: first offense.

Sixth Precinct

  • July 5: Sarah Colen, 43, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Mount Sinai and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 2: Elijah Bryant, 41, of Port Jefferson, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 1: Luis Otero, 54, of Selden, was arrested in Selden and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 1: Daniel George, 29, of Centereach, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • June 30: Victoriano Hernandez Martinez, 39, of Smithtown, was arrested in Coram and charged with DWI: previous conviction in 10 years.

Seventh Precinct

  • July 5: Amy Wakiewicz, 43, of Manorville, was arrested in Manorville and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 4: Marcos Gomez Barrozo, 23, of Centereach, was arrested in Yaphank and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 4: Hector Gonzalez, 42, of the Bronx, was arrested in Shirley and charged with third-degree sexual abuse.
  • July 4: Daniel Daly, 63, of Selden, was arrested in Shirley and charged with DWI: first offense.
  • July 1: Dennis Rugolo, 28, of Bellport, was arrested in Shirley and charged with third-degree burglary: illegal entry with intent.
  • June 30: Robert Scully, 48, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Mastic Beach for fourth-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs.
