The Suffolk Piano Teachers Foundation (SPTF) will honor Jarrad Li, tenth grader at Syosset High School in Syosset as First Place Winner of the most advanced division at the Honors Recital and Awards Ceremony to be held at Stony Brook University's Staller Center Recital Hall on Thursday, June 2, at 5pm and 7:30pm.
As a first place winner, Jarred will receive his award, cash prize, and play his winning piece, Rondo in a minor, Op.59 by D. Kabelevsky. Jarrad is a student of STPF member, Joe Graziose.
SPTF wishes to honor Barry Tagnolini and thank Steinway Gallery of Long Island for their generous cash award donations for all first place winners of the five-level competition held in March, for first, second, and third place. SPTF is a non-profit organization. Honors recitals are free and open to the public.
